“Umeshu” is a traditional Japanese plum wine. It has become increasingly popular outside Japan in recent years as a beverage that pairs well with Japanese cuisine. The all-you-can-drink menu includes 20 varieties of umeshu, including an umeshu that has won the title of Japan’s best, an authentic Umeshu made using only Kishu Nanko plums, a cocktail umeshu with added fruit juice and a rare vintage umeshu recognized for its long-term aging. Enjoy them leisurely with seasonal dishes.
Reservations are not required, so feel free to visit us at any time.

Umeshu is a high-alcohol beverage (the alcohol content of Umeshu at this event ranges from 10 to 25 percent).
To enjoy it deliciously, Umeshu BAR offers umeshu not only straight and on the rocks, but also with standard mixers such as water, hot water and soda, as well as unique mixers such as ginger ale, orange juice and milk, that are not often found elsewhere. We also offer three toppings (pickled plum, lemon and grated ginger).
Even if you’re not used to drinking much, or do not want to partake in the all-you-can-drink, feel free to come try just one drink. If you’re unsure about the brand or how to drink Umeshu, please do not hesitate to ask our staff.

We have prepared four “Umeshu Cocktails” unique to Hanagoyomi Tokyo, so please try these original cocktails that you can only taste here. They are also included in the all-you-can-drink plan.
[Kougyoku] An arrangement of the classic red wine cocktail Spritzer Rouge, made with umeshu. The sweetness of the strawberry umeshu makes it easy to drink. Enjoy this drink as if it were dessert.
[Yamabuki] A addictive and smooth umeshu jelly drink. While it has a mature look dressed on the rocks, it is an easy-to-drink cocktail with the sweetness of the jelly and the refreshing notes of light carbonation.
[Seiun] A blue cocktail inspired by the summer sky. When mixed with milk, the umeshu changes to a beautiful sky-blue color. It pairs well with the orange, which is inspired by the sun, and has a refreshing taste despite being a milk-based beverage.
[Shisui] An umeshu arrangement of the cocktail Shoyu Kinmokusei, which originated in Japan. It is characterized by a faint bitterness created by the combination of tea and umeshu.
