From Sunday, September 1, 2024, we have decided to change our cancellation policy for accommodation reservations made after Tuesday, April 1, 2025 as follows. For customers who made reservations before Sunday, September 1, the previous cancellation policy will apply.
We apologize for the inconvenience, and thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

*For reservations made from other websites other than our official website, the cancellation policy of the website or travel agency where you made the reservation will apply.
*Different regulations apply for reservations of 10 or more rooms. Please inquire when making your reservation.
