Corporate contracts of Hotel Ryumeikan Tokyo. An outstanding location for business, which is 3 minutes on foot from Tokyo station and 1 minute to Tokyo Metro Tozai Line. Stay of members of contracted corporation is always 20% off. Members of "Ryu to biz" are able to register for limited plans from member's page. To login to the member's page, you will need ID and password that is issued to the corporate.

1. Person in charge can manage all the reservations.

In one of the contracted corporate, one person is in charge of all the reservations using issued ID and password. If you input "name of the person making reservation" and "name to the guest" anyone can manage the reservations.

2. Making Reservations for Foreign Guests

For those corporations with many visitors from outside Japan, reservation can be made via same way as article 1 above. It will save your guests' time to make reservations of hotels in Japan.

3.Use the Hotel as Employee Benefits

Some of the contracted corporations use the "Ryu to biz" as an employee benefit, by giving issued ID and password to all the employees. Applications are made by representatives and directors in often cases.

Download the application format, and attach your name card. Applications are accepted by both mail and fax.After the application, ID and password will be issued from Hotel Ryumeikan Tokyo by e-mail.
