Do you take credit card?
Yes we do. We accept JCB / VISA / AMEX / UC / DC / Master / UFJ / Nikos / Seson / Diners. We also accept gift cards issued from companies above.
Can we be late for check in?
Check in starts from 2 o'clock. However, in a case when you are late or when your arrival is going to be later than 24 o'clock, please give us a call.
Can we send our baggage before we get there?
We will keep your baggage at front desk on 15th floor. Please send your baggage to the following address.

Can you keep our baggage before check in or after check out?
We will keep your baggage at front desk on 15th floor.
We keep your baggage on the day of check in / check out. If you have request on the other days, please contact us.
When is the payment?
We accept your payment when you check in.
Will a child or children be charged?
A child or children older than kindergarten will be charged the same price as an adult. A child or children younger than elementary will be free if a child is lying by the side of an adult on one bed. However, no more than one child is allowed to lie by the side of an adult on one bed.
Is the Internet connection available in the hotel?
Guest room is provided with high-speed Internet connection (LAN) without any extra charge. LAN cable is also provided to each of the guest room.
We also rend laptop (¥1,500 / night) at the front desk.
Moreover, we have PCs available for ¥100 per 5 minutes on the 15th floor.
Where and when do we have breakfast?
On the 1st floor of Hotel Ryumeikan Tokyo, restaurant called "THE ROSE & CROWN" between 7:00AM to 10:00AM.
It is a buffet of daily breakfast plate, with various breads, salad, fruits and drinks. Main dish will be served and salad, breads and drinks are buffet style.
Do you have a parking space?
Multi-story parking lot is on the 1st floor of the hotel, with limit of 2m height, 2.05m width, 5.3m length and 2,300kg per vehicle. For customers, it is ¥1,200 per stay. For others, it is ¥100 per 10 minutes.
*For the security reason, gate will be closed between 23:00 to 7:00. For the customers of the hotel, press the interphone, and the gate will be opened. When you are driving out, please tell us at the front desk. The space of the parking lot is limited so please call us and make a reservation.
Do you have a laundry service?
For the laundry service, please fill in the service sheet that is provided to each of the guest room, and bring it to the front desk. If you bring the service sheet before 10:00, it will be done by 19:00. The service, during Sunday, holiday and New Year's, might be closed, so please ask the front desk about the details. Coin laundries are also available on 10th and 12th floor of the hotel.
Can we call for a massage to the guest room?
Yes you can. Reception will be available for 24hours, however the service time is between 20:00 to 2:00 (Last reception is 1:00).
The massage service is ¥4,500 for 40 minutes, ¥6,750 for 60 minutes and ¥9,000 for 80 minutes.

When will be the cancellation fee charged?
For the cancellation, please contact us 2days prior to the reservation date. If you cancel the reservation one day before, the cancellation fee will be charged.
One day before: 20% of the total price
On the reserved day: 80% of the total price
If you do not contact us, we will charge the full price.
Do you have a news paper?
For the news papers, it is free, both morning and evening papers. We also provide English papers as well. For details, go to the morning, evening service page in our web site.
